Announced today as part of the Nintendo Direct is a Switch 2 exclusive, Kirby and the World Beyond, from HAL Laboratory. With a fondness for the small, round, pink puffball, this announcement has me excited to take Kirby out for a spin in a fully 3D, free-roaming open-world sandbox adventure. As part of the 35th anniversary of the Kirby franchise, gamers can anticipate a Spring 2027 release.
